From the moment I arrived, Rubab's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. She was attentive to every detail, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. Her professionalism, combined with her friendly and approachable nature, truly set her apart. Whether it was helping with directions, recommending the best local spots, or ensuring my room was perfectly arranged, Rubab went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. I highly recommend her and will certainly look forward to receiving her exceptional service again on my next visit!

The only problem and this time it was really bad was that there are too many staff and security people who are expecting you to give them money or tips and they were all over like beggars. These people are paid wages and they should be discouraged from having this begging attitude. Living abroad in UK or America, we like to do our own things and feel that the staff at the property are forcefully obliging you to get tipped.

Really excellent breakfast, specially if you like desi breakfast. Their Nihari is as good as any in Lahore. Although Marco Polo can get quite crowded in the morning. Very comfortable beds and highly attentive staff. We used Pearl Tours to go everywhere and they are very conveniently located inside the hotel.

The customer service in Marco Polo breakfast area. Mr. Khurram and his crew were very helpful and hospitable. Cleaning and laundry crew were also very helpful. We hope to visit again and enjoy the renovation and growth of this hotel.
